1. Have Your Design & Budget in Mind
Decide on your ideal design and budget. You can be inspired by pieces from our own collection or from other brands.
2. Submit a Request
Once you have an idea of what you want, submit a custom order request by emailing us at support@brillidiamonds.com or filling out our Custom Jewelry Creation Form below. Include as many details as possible, such as:
- Diamond Shape & Size: Your preferred carat size and diamond shape.
- Metal Type: White gold, yellow gold, rose gold, or platinum.
- Additional Design Preferences: Share any specific design details or inspirations, whether from our Instagram or another brand.
3. We Will Contact You
Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to confirm the details, provide a quote, and give you an estimated timeline for production. We strive to respond within 48 hours.
4. Payment
After confirming your order, we’ll provide a secure payment link. We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- E-wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya, SPay)
- PayLater (Atome, Billease, Cashalo)
- Bank transfer (for larger orders)
Once payment is received, we’ll begin crafting your custom jewelry.
5. Production Timeline
We'll start crafting your piece. Since each piece is custom-made, production times will vary:
- Standard Designs: 2–4 weeks
- More Complex Pieces: 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity
6. Shipping & Delivery
Once your piece is ready, we’ll ship it to you with free insured delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

- Consider width as the wider the band, the tighter it may feel. You may need to go up by half a size.
- This printable guide serves only as a reference, for more accurate measurements we recommend getting sized at your local jewelry store.
